The Peel
The main purpose of the Peel is to slide pizzas, loaves of bread, pastries and other baked goods into and out of an oven. Our peels have a good amount of flex making it easy to slide under your pizza base.

The Scoop
This is your fire management tool, used to move the coals around your oven or to clear the floor for cooking. You can also use it to strategically place logs on the fire instead of throwing them.

The Brush
Made of natural fibres the Brush is used to sweep away the fine ash that remains after moving the fire with the Scoop. You can replace the brush easily when it wears out, or attach different types of brushes to suit your needs.

The Claw
What else can you call it, the Claw is designed for hooking trays and pans in and out of the oven and moving things around. It can also be used to quickly spin a pizza or to handle that pesky log that keeps falling out of place.
